Presumptive Release for Certain Offences
There is presumptive release available for certain non-violent offenses and risk levels that are then signed off by the magistrate. There is also an automatic release for nearly all misdemeanor-only charges, with certain exceptions. The person is not processed into the jail at this point in time.
