Rider 73 Peer Reentry
The program leverages lived recovery experience of Certified Peer Specialist to assist with patient’s mental health recovery through Peer Support and in-reach services. Peers collaborate to help establishing community relationships as patients/inmates prepare to leave the jail.
Upon release to the community program continues to provide Peer Support assist with recovery as patient’s transition into the community and establish relationships with community resources.
