Texas Targeted Opioid Response Peer Reentry
The program leverages lived experience of Recovery Coaches to assist with patient’s substance abuse (opioid) and MH recovery through Peer Support and in-reach services while in jail.
Upon release to the community, program continues to provide Peer Support assist with recovery (substance abuse-opioid) as patient’s transition into the community and establish relationships with community resources.
